With a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, and specialized training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, I’ve seen firsthand how the functions of the face, mouth, and tongue can enhance one’s quality of life.
Growing up in a family of healthcare superheroes taught me the importance of hard work, empathy, and compassion. Now, as a mom of two, I'm passionate about passing on these values, showing my kids the importance of going above and beyond to make a difference.
Whether you need support for yourself or your children, I'm here to listen and guide you through the process. Together, we’ll work on improving your breathing, sleep, and overall well-being.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me surfing party waves or in the midst of a grueling Ironman race—fueled by my love for nature and staying active. I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals!
